Welcome to Cindy’s North Wind Boarding Kennels! Our priority is to provide a safe, comfortable, and loving environment for your pet. Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth experience for both you and your furry friend.

1. General Boarding Policies

  • All pets must have a confirmed reservation prior to arrival.

  • We provide individual kennels and runs, ensuring a clean and safe space for each pet.

  • Owners are welcome to bring familiar bedding or toys, but we do not recommend bringing items of sentimental value.

  • Pets will be supervised and cared for, but Cindy’s North Wind Boarding Kennels is not responsible for any injuries resulting from normal play and activity.

2. Vaccination Requirements

  • All dogs must be up-to-date on required vaccinations, including:

    • Rabies

    • Distemper

    • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

  • Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to boarding.

3. Health & Medical Care

  • If your pet requires medication, please provide clear instructions. A medication administration fee may apply.

  • In case of illness or injury, we will make every effort to contact the owner. If unavailable, we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at the owner’s expense.

4. Drop-Off & Pick-Up

  • Pets must be dropped off and picked up during our designated hours. Late pick-ups may be subject to an additional fee.

  • If a friend or family member is picking up your pet, you must provide prior authorization.

5. Payment & Cancellation Policy

  • Full payment is due at the time of pick-up. We accept [cach, check, or Venmo]

  • Cancellations must be made at least [72] hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

6. Liability Waiver

  • While we take every precaution to ensure your pet’s safety, Cindy’s North Wind Boarding Kennels is not liable for pre-existing conditions, unexpected illness, or injuries resulting from normal pet behavior.

  • Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet to the facility, staff, or other animals.

7. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse boarding for any pet that is:

    • Aggressive or poses a risk to staff or other animals.

    • Not up-to-date on vaccinations.

    • Showing signs of contagious illness.

Acknowledgment & Agreement

By boarding your pet with Cindy’s North Wind Boarding Kennels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies.
